This service department use to be good with Great follow up. They also had great customer service. I have been having a check engine light com on for a long time now. All I got from JC was lies. He prom up. They also had great customer service. I have been having a check engine light com on for a long time now. All I got from JC was lies. He promised a loaner car. I actually took off to leave my truck then I get a call from Keondre saying don't come in. Mean while my mileage is ticking up. I am very dissatisfied. I even bring new customers to the dealership. Took my truck in for repairs and requested an oil change as well. They usually wash my truck whenever take it in for service. Not only did they not wash it, they didn’t change the oil and left finger/hand p as well. They usually wash my truck whenever take it in for service.
