100% NEVER in my life have I been treated so incredibly disrespectfully as I have dealing with Adam. You can tell he absolutely hates his job and hates dealing with people. I have been bringing my car here and dealing with him not wanting to find out any answers for me regarding my warranty. He has said he would try to get me a car to get me through the week since my car will be there for 7 days JUST to diagnose it. He doesn’t want to find ANYTHING out due to laziness. Shame on you Bell Ford for hiring horrible, lazy, disrespectful people to deal with customers. He actually told me he would refuse my service after I wanted to speak to his manager. This is the absolute worse I’ve ever been treated. No one should ever have to go here. And DO NOT buy a car here! They will promise you a car anytime you have an issue then refuse you. More

This dealership was very accommodating. Wife and I explained we had two young children at home with grandma and we lived an hour away. They were able to get things started over the phone/ Wife and I explained we had two young children at home with grandma and we lived an hour away. They were able to get things started over the phone/email and we spent no more than an hour at the dealership purchasing the vehicle. They were able to give me a great price on my trade in over email and honored the price. Will definitely be back when we're ready to purchase another Ford. More

I had an appointment to have an oil change and look at a rubbing/squeaking noise I was getting under the bed of my F150. When I arrived I was told they can only do the oil change and they didn't have anyone rubbing/squeaking noise I was getting under the bed of my F150. When I arrived I was told they can only do the oil change and they didn't have anyone to look at the noise issue. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time! I had to make another appointment for the following week. I dropped it off and since I live outside the shuttle zone I paid $27 to Uber home. I called to follow up on my truck the following day and was told it hasn't even been looked at. I tried again towards the end of the day and it still was not looked at. I told the advisor I would pick it up in the morning since it was obvious they had no intention of looking at it. He agreed. While waiting for them to pull my truck up, I watched as another customer walked in, without an appointment, with a recall issue and was told it would be an hour. I explained to my advisor how unacceptable this was and he didn't have any real response. Although nobody called me from the dealership to follow up why my truck was not serviced, I did receive an email days later from their customer service manager hoping I had a good experience, obviously unaware I did not have any service. I responded to her explaining the situation and believed that they simply didn't care. She assured me in a voicemail that she was unaware of the situation but will make sure the service manager would contact me. Three days later I received a message from the service manager. They cared so much it took another three days for him to call me. It was not worth the time to speak to him because the truck was fixed elsewhere by then. I would not recommend them for service. More
