I contacted the internet department of different dealerships to help expedite the purchase of my new Honda. When I arrived at the dealership he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly what we had agreed on through email was exactly what was presented at the time of purchase...truly no hassle. He spent extra time after the purchase helping me understand the technology of the car. He followed through and asked how things were a few days after purchase and also helped with a DMV problem I was having with registration a month later.
