No one from this dealership has "reached out" to me as of yet, and I do not expect them to. This is OK, I guess, since I will not be going back. Unfortunately, due to this irreparably broken business relationship, I will be out hundreds of dollars for services which have not and will not be performed. Just need to get the details of my experience out there so it does not happen to anyone else. Bell Honda has not only unnecessarily cost me money, but also greatly insulted my intelligence. Perhaps they will review their business practices, and treat they paying customers with honesty and respect.
