We were in the market for a 2016 Honda Pilot. I first stopped at a dealership that was 25 minutes away In Union NJ and had a terrible experience. I happened to stumble upon bell Mitsubishi and called to see if I can inquire about their available Honda pilot. Juan answered the phone and was very empathetic and understanding. He told me to stop by and he would have the car available for me and can get me in and out since I just spent three hours at the previous dealership. When I pulled up, it was such a relief being in a professional environment with someone who actually cared. Juan already had the car pulled up to the front and ready for a test drive. I fell in love with the car immediately and he promptly brought me in to go over numbers because he knew that I was exhausted with the previous process. He called multiple banks, including the one that I currently bank at, to find the best rate. After an hour and a half, I test drove the car, went over the Carfax, discussed financing, found the best rate, had the car clean and detail, and on my way home. After helping us find our perfect family vehicle and giving me the professional experience I was looking for, Juan will always have a place at our family dinner table! More
