no help whatsoever took my 2009 chevy suburban in for an explanation and possible fix for code U0078. they drove the vehicle and got it to throw a transmission code but took my 2009 chevy suburban in for an explanation and possible fix for code U0078. they drove the vehicle and got it to throw a transmission code but could not find the problem. car would randomly cycle the door locks, the gauge cluster would go crazy, it would lose its speed, and the braking system would put you into the windshield if you touched the pedal. asked them what the problem could be and they had no clue. GM put a bulletin out for a problem like this, 08-07-30-021E. this bulletin sounds exactly like my problems but they are obviously not interested in trying to help fix the problem. they seem to be a lazy and stuck up company. offered to trade it off for something else and they offered 5000 for the vehicle. I am sick of these obviously crooked and mechanically unintelligent morons. I will fix it myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being taken advantage of. More
