I have purchased 7 cars from Belton Auto Credit and can honestly say that I cant trust any other car dealer in the Kansas City area. Changes have been made there. Eric is no longer employed at BAC. Rocky is a very pleasant salesman and a mechanic too. Jim is the owner and has been more relaxed as in the past. I am very satisfied with BAC.

As of this week, I have now purchased my 5th vehicle from BAC in the last 10 years. The staff is great to work with and make you feel completely comfortable when checking out new vehicles. The payment plans are very flexible. I have never had a problem with any of the vehicles we have purchased and would recommend BAC to anyone looking to purchase a new-to-them vehicle. Anytime we are looking to get something new, we never hesitate to make our purchase from BAC. Oh, I purchase from BAC - not because of a credit issue, but because I want to support a locally owned business that lets me walk in on my lunch hour and buy a new vehicle without any hassle.

I am writing this, so hopefully the next person will NOT purchase a car here. I wish I would of checked into this place before. Now I am stuck. Eric is the meanest guy I know!!! and that is putting it in a nice way. I cant beleive he still has a job. He has talked to me like im trash.And have left there crying or got off the phone crying cause of him. I know that my credit is not the best, but Im not a bad person, just had problems in the past. My car was doing ok at first. Guess they just doctored it up. cause now im noticeing little things starting to go wrong. Im stuck I just have to pray that the car last tell I get it paid off. Then go from there. I really just want to give it back and tell them to shove it. Its just so sad. I need a reliable car for me and my baby. And I dont feel that it is. I guess I am the one to blame for making a stupid decison of purchasing it. Just know that there are way more nicer dealerships out there who want to help you and not screw you. Please dont even think of going to them. I wish they would just go out of buisness...

Without doubt one of the most unpleasant experiences ever. The salesmen were unbelievably arrogant, cocky, RUDE, untruthful and to be honest, bad dressers.That in addition to having a well-known reputation for selling previously wrecked and/or flood damaged vehicles. It's true, there are low-lifes in this business and Belton Auto Credit is doing its best to uphold the terrible reputation of used car dealers well into the 21st century. Possible there were decent or honorable indivdiduals at this establishment but the disgusting, immature and insolent attitude of the sales staff precluded any further relationship building so to speak. Who are these people that wear cheap un-matching clothes, have a very unfinished demeanor and work in an area with a well known bad reputation to treat potential customers and consumers with such uncalled for high-school macho/tough guy behavior? Truly they are were they belong; third rate and oblivious to the most base of all common courtesy and decency mannerisms. Actually had a decent afterlaugh upon recalling the experience. They treat everyone including their interior support staff with malice and disrespect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Hope this helps someone. Believe me, I don't believe they will ever "get" it.
