Service department has blatent disregard for informing customer of the truth regarding a part for a safety recall that we were notified I believe back in November of 2013. Finally bring the vehicle in for the recall part along with a leaking coolant line to be replaced and they tell me of a grocery list of parts and servicethat needs to be done, least of which I was told I needed anew radioator. When asked why they thought this, I was told the tech noticed it was wet on one side by the bottom of the tank. When i dropped the truck off, i specifically informed them I left the radiator cap loose so as to not build pressure in the coolant system since the line was leaking. I then asked if there was a pressure test done on the cooling system and I really could not get an answer. Had I been an ignorant consumer that did ot realize you pressure test these items, I would've had no option but to replace the radiator so as to avoid damaging my motor. I informed the dealership not to do anyhting other than fix the one coolant line and the recalled part. I will take my business, wether a purchase or service, elsewhere. My wife and I have purchased somewhere in the neighborhood of seven vehicles from Benoy Motors. We've purcased out last.
