His honesty is the key to his success and keeping the customer at heart without playing tricks as most dealers do. The vehicle was delivered from the factory to us within less than 5 days (before time by 7 days according to what we expected). We went to purchase a new Toyota Camry when we got there was told it had sold, They offered to find us one, so they did. At this time our salesman Matt Anair had management give us a quote on new car with was told it had sold, They offered to find us one, so they did. At this time our salesman Matt Anair had management give us a quote on new car with trade in on our car, which was a 2007 Totyota Camry with 102000 miles on it and never wrecked and well maintained. He low balled our car $3500, which was way below book value tradein of $5300. We questioned and he said he could barely sell it for that. Then when we said No Deal it upped it to $4500. which was still low and also he said we were obligated to take the one they had found because they had scheduled pickup without our consent. I believe he was very unethical in the way he handled our entire deal. Then we see it two days later listed for sale $14899 with a $2500 discount. Imagine how we felt very used and disrespected. Our salesman Matt Anair was very nice and helpful but the sales manager Dan Agosta was not. We will not recommend selling your used car to them. More

By the time I got home the paint on the passenger side door jam had already began rubbing off as you can see in the pictures. My salesman Stan admitted he didn’t see the damage on the vehicle either but when I asked them to correct it I was rudely told “c’mon Nick you already purchased the truck we’re not going to fix it.” Stan’s sales manager JOEL’S REASONING FOR NOT BEING WILLING TO FIX IT CORRECTLY WAS THAT THEY’D BE “taking a loss” ON THE TRUCK. So instead of doing the right thing and earning a repeat customer, they’d rather screw you. Then Stan’s sales manager Joel says he guarantees the damage was present when I looked at the vehicle, basically proving they’re not on the same page while at the same time telling me I’m wrong and/or lying. To me this feels like they misrepresented the vehicle and only offered a small tube of touch up paint which is probably what they did to cover the damage until I drove it off the lot. These people just want to take your money then tell you kick rocks. More
