Brady and Cliff get 5 stars for friendliness....only reason I gave three stars was because one of the finance guys who crunched the numbers was really unfriendly and grumpy. Overall got 4 starts because there was a glitch a couple of days later and the sales manager was pretty rude and obnoxious. With the exception of those two folks, I highly recommend this dealership and go see Brady for a great deal with a smile! Also, the Service folks are all first class - always professional, friendly and courteous! More

Greg went out of his way to answer all of my questions and to also make sure I got exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. When I went to the dealership to test drive some cars the no pressure atmosphere was refreshing. I arrived a little early for my appointment with Greg and the other sales associates made sure I was comfortable by taking me to get a beverage and striking up a conversation with me with zero pressure to buy a thing. Greg not only took me out for a test drive but proceeded to show me every feature of the car. Greg asked me questions such as what I wanted out of the vehicle and what I would be using it for. The color of car I wanted was not in stock so Greg had one delivered for me. Before I arrived to pick up the car, Greg remained in contact with me the entire time getting as much information from me as possible so when I arrived all necessary paperwork was already prepared for me. Greg even remembered my driving habits and went out of his way to setup the home screen of the touch display with the features I would use most. Greg even took the time to go over the car’s features with me again to make sure I was comfortable with the car before driving it off the lot. Greg also made sure to let me know that I could call him at any time if I had any questions regarding the car or one of the features and he would gladly help me out. Greg even contacted me the following morning to make sure I was happy with the car. If you are looking for a new car, you will not regret going to Berlin City Toyota. Gregg West responded to my inquiry and listened to what was important to me. When my husband and I arrived we pulled up to "my" car with a big "reserved for the..." on it. It was the perfect car. Throughout the sales process Gregg was professional and friendly. I don't know if I got a good deal or not but it was within the price range that was available to me and it was the car I wanted so I was happy. Getting in and out with this car was Easy. Questions about the car that came up afterward were quickly responded to by Gregg even when I knew he was not at work. There were snags that came up afterward. The title process was delayed but Cliff stayed on top of it with me and it worked out ok. I also had a problem with the inspection and was unable to get in contact with the General Manager or the Sales Manager but Bruce Wood responded and Mark Axelsen put my mind at ease. I don't know what if anything went on behind the scenes but it was Gregg that called me back and walked me through my situation to a satisfactory resolution. What a relief it was to hear from Gregg and see him waiting for us when we pulled in. There is another person who deserves mention in this scenario but I don't know his name. It was the mechanic who worked on my car. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense and made me feel good about my car again. I hope that others won't have any snags in their used car purchase but it is good to know that if something happens the dealership is represented by good honest people that will make the situation right. I feel very good about my purchase and feel like I have a friend in Gregg West at Berlin City Toyota. I highly recommend this Dealership. More

Service not done right I had taken my Toyota RAV4, which only had 20K miles, for a service at this location before heading out on a long drive about 3 weeks ago. I drove ove I had taken my Toyota RAV4, which only had 20K miles, for a service at this location before heading out on a long drive about 3 weeks ago. I drove over thousand miles before my car stalled on highway and had to have it towed. Upon investigation we discovered that the oil cap was NEVER put back on at the time of service. Because of this incidence my fairly new car has underwent immediate and residual damage. Unexpectedly, I had to miss two days out of work as my travels were put on halt. I've contacted the dealer and even after reporting the issue to the service adviser, the service supervisor, and the general manager nothing has been done to resolve my concerns to this day. I would't recommend this dealer to anyone as customer satisfaction is obviously their focus. More

The way they handled the sale of this vehicle made us never want to buy another Toyota again. After having to talk to almost everyone in the dealership, we finally called the VP of the corporation that owns the dealership to finally get our title almost a month after we "bought" the vehicle! They sold the vehicle without ever having the title in hand; it was stated before and after the vehicle was shipped that the title would be arriving at our house soon. Nothing about buying this vehicle was easy, from the phone calls that were never returned to being hung up on the phone. They never followed their business philosophy, and we suffered because of it. Hopefully, if you decide to use this dealership, you have a better experience than we did. But please make sure to ask to see the title before you buy and if they can’t provide it please look elsewhere, it will just cause you too much stress More
