For whatever reason, I've noticed significant slippage in my satisfaction with the service at this dealership since they moved from the old location on Hooker to this relatively new location on N. Not only is the quality of the service reps noticeably more uneven, but the quality of the repairs is also uneven. For example, I had a very good experience when I bought my vehicle in for its 30K-mile check-up. It went without a hitch. But recently, when I retrieved the vehicle after repairs for somewhat mysterious damage (presumably caused by a pothole?), the airbag light illuminated (not the case when I brought the car in) and the AC stopped functioning (also working optimally before I brought the car in). I also have reason to believe that the two wheels that were supposed to be replaced with new wheels were actually replaced with refurbished wheels. :-/ More

Bought 3 cars total. Problem never fixed but I was able to sell that car and thought I would give them another try. I’ve come to the conclusion that this dealership is selling lemons. I do not recommend! I’ve been completely turned off from loving Infinitis because of this dealership. The first chance I get to sell I am and I’ll never look back! More
