The day I picked up my new Fiat Abarth at Bertera Fiat proved to be exciting (because of the car) and a good experience with Bertera. Much of the experience credit goes to Tony Blias. He helped clearing me through the usual paperwork, introduced me to the service and parts managers and even took the time to make a copy of a 28 page Fiat Accessories Databook for me. The only negative: having a price put down on paper with a line to 'sign' to agree to this monthly payment for one of the models...not a good thing to do, hokey, very old school. As for old school, this is touted as a boutique store, yet it's still an old school car dealership. This is a European marque, and it needs to be sold as one. I was in the motorcycle industry for years, and the way to get them in and keep them in is to have it be a place to want to experience the vehicle, not to walk in and just have it shoved down our throats. I was treated very well, tried a few different models, but I did feel rushed into it. I went in with the intention to purchase, but if I was just kicking tires I may have just walked...not sure. Leave the ties home, put on an Abarth shirt, a Fiat hat, and live the brand. I am sure I would have purchased quite a bit of add-ons with this vehicle and added it to the loan - more money for you, more cool stuff for me.. Now I'm getting the cool stuff off of Ebay. When I worked at the bike shops the parts manager, me, was given the customer for a few minutes to show them the accessories for the unit, then they were added to the loan, and - more for you, better experience for the customer. This is an enthusiast car, not just a car, and the experience of the purchase should show that. More

I came in very apprehensive about going to put myself through the "car buying expirence". I was met by Andre and after 10 minutes of dealing with him I knew that I had a genuine person instead of the "ca through the "car buying expirence".
