I ordered a brand new custom built 2023 F250 lariat from them . When the truck arrived my wife and I took it force test drive, she realized that the courtesy door on the console was broken and there was a p them . When the truck arrived my wife and I took it force test drive, she realized that the courtesy door on the console was broken and there was a piece of console molding missing that is two feet long. This was after dealer prep and they did not notice. Pretty accurate money I and everyone else lays for prep is a scam. I brought it back for two ford recalls in early February. It had 1500 miles on and was spotless. When I picked it up they had no regard for a brand new truck and decided to make no effort to put down paper or seat protectors or anything to protect my $77,000 truck. It took two weeks to get the service manager to call be back and he played the used vehicle card with me as it was no longer new and I should expect this. I ended up saying things I should not have and hung up on him. No effort was made to correct this and he actually spun it so it was my fault . Useless management and I will never go there again for anything… More
Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. My truck has been in for a engine replacement for 3 months bought the truck 3 months ago had it for a week before it had to go back. Went through two different people in service with same results. Still waiting……will never come back or refer anyone I know to this dealer. Communication is everything! More

I took my 2019 F150 Lariat truck in for regular maintenance. I pulled in the Best Ford lot and was met by Chris one of the sales people. He asked if I was interested in trading. I said i was just here to set up an oil change, before i could make the appointment he had 2 F150 Limited up front for me to look at, one had 10,700 miles on it but had never been titled and only driven by the owner of Best Ford. He was very professional and courteous and did not pressure me. He called me several times to let me know what he could do and finally made me a very good deal. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Best, the first one was not a very good experience under the old Best Ford ownership. Service was nothing great. Everyone this time were really great to work with. Rich and Nick from finance were great to work with even though we didn’t finance.Scott the sales manager helped me out with some parts for the truck. Chris has made several follow up calls to see how i liked the truck. Overall a very good expierience. More
First let me start by saying this was the second time we went to Best Ford, the first time was pretty horrific but figured we would give them a second try. THEY CALLED US to see about trading in our vehicle. We first worked over the phone with a very nice associate, got an initial draft on two Lariat's. We stated the payment was high and the negative equity was too much. We walked away, they hounded. My husband was driving by and stopped to simply look at the trucks, birds of prey descended on him and he was in the showroom talking about finances. They pressed so hard that he caved, signed a sales agreement and stated that he would still need to talk to his wife about the numbers before he could commit. He drove is current vehicle home and stated they would be in touch. Within 15min of his arrival at home, the dealership was in the driveway with 'his new truck' and stated congrats here are the keys. WE NEVER signed financial papers, OMG! The next morning, I sent an email to the three individuals that I had to ask for clarity on a few questions, the original deals were off the table and this truck was bare bones. They really screwed us. The sales manager kept pressing that we needed to come in to discuss. I simply said I did not feel comfortable until they answered my questions. I wanted everything in writing as I was concerned about my rights. After two days, received a call from the finance manager leaving a VM, returned the call within an hr and left a VM in return. No call. We returned the vehicle while they were closed with a written release. Before you want into this place, know your rights! Don't walk away with a vehicle without signing all the financial documentation and read the fine print. At the end of the day, they wanted us to buy a truck with a sticker price of $61K for $74K. Then with all the extras, the loan was for $91K!!! High Way Robbery! More
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this Dealership! I bought a used car for $8,000. I had it for 3 weeks and everything started to break on it. My mechanic said the car is NO good.
