I finally got my car back after 4 months dealing with lifter rod issues, I was told I'm getting a new engine, and after I pick it up, there is no new engine. There was some women's lip stick left in my c lifter rod issues, I was told I'm getting a new engine, and after I pick it up, there is no new engine. There was some women's lip stick left in my cup holder, I went and got groceries and there's a Hyundai part in the bed of my truck, I thought it went to my truck originally, so in the process of looking I found they ripped a plastic cover off the bottom of my truck, and the bolt that holds it in is missing. The ticking noise is still there. From the original repair as well. More

The initial experience was fine. If things had gone remotely as they should have after I left the lot my rating would be different. However at this point it has been 40 days plus and I dont have my registration or plates yet, and Im being told I should go to SOS and pay more money for a lost plate. Supposedly my registration and plate number are being sent to me to smooth that along (not that they are here on the day I told them I had free to go SOS...which makes me wonder why they have the registration when one would think that would have been mailed with the plate that supposedly went out within a couple days or so of the purchase. For that reason I can not truly recommend them. More
