"Extended warranty saved me"

I ran out of my manufacturer's bumper to bumper warranty just a few weeks ago. Fortunately, I decided a couple of months ago that I'd be driving my 2014 Fiat 500L at least 4-5 more years. I cost me a bit over $2,000 to extend my manufacturer's warranty to 100,00 over next 5 years. Last week, my blower on the AC stopped working, and I was hearing much noise from right front area of car. It turns out that my tie rods needed work on front axle and a wheel alignment, and after replacing the power unit, the AC still wasn't working properly. After waiting for a new blower motor to arrive, that too was installed. I paid only the $100 deductible, and received between 2500 and 3,000 in parts and labor. I feel that my entire extended warranty purchase was paid for with just one service visit. This time I'm very pleased that I purchased this extended warranty - money well spent, this time.

I had a driver side window issue and a passenger side head light replaced. The price was rediculus over $460.00 for a head light and window that was not going up and down. A one hour job on such a small car. That far too much for a one hour job.

"2x the help. "

Have started to almost enjoy traveling to Tinly Park for the Fiat. I have a 500 which I baby and love more than butter! Twice now I have needed repairs - one warranty, one due to Chicago’s famous potholes. Both times, this service department has helped me get my 500 back on the road and enjoying “the Fiat Exprience.”

"Very professional operation. "

Vehicle needed to be towed to the dealer a crank but no start condition. They were able to recommend a towing outfit who responded quickly. Vehicle was diagnosed the same day and repaired quickly. Satisfied with the results of my visit there.

"Broken fiat cabrio"

They would've had 5 stars but they brought my car back not washed or vacuumed. I had to ask for it to be done which I've never done before. I also asked about trading in my car and gave the person a price I was comfortable doing monthly. The car I looked at was out of budget, so a no. If I was the sales person I would've looked in my inventory at the price I gave and would've called me back with some options. She lost a sale that day.
