I had a driver side window issue and a passenger side head light replaced. The price was rediculus over $460.00 for a head light and window that was not going up and down.
A one hour job on such a small car. That far too much for a one hour job.
Have started to almost enjoy traveling to Tinly Park for the Fiat. I have a 500 which I baby and love more than butter! Twice now I have needed repairs - one warranty, one due to Chicago’s famous potholes. Both times, this service department has helped me get my 500 back on the road and enjoying “the Fiat Exprience.”
Had to update my computer system and its was done in a reasonable time. Excellent customer support and service. Also they have a great waiting area with coffee and goodies to snack on while in the waiting area. A Plus!
Vehicle needed to be towed to the dealer a crank but no start condition. They were able to recommend a towing outfit who responded quickly. Vehicle was diagnosed the same day and repaired quickly. Satisfied with the results of my visit there.
They would've had 5 stars but they brought my car back not washed or vacuumed. I had to ask for it to be done which I've never done before. I also asked about trading in my car and gave the person a price I was comfortable doing monthly. The car I looked at was out of budget, so a no. If I was the sales person I would've looked in my inventory at the price I gave and would've called me back with some options. She lost a sale that day.
Always a positive experience at Bettenhausen. Their service department is the best I have found in our area after trying nany others over 40 years. Always properly fixed the first time. Honest in telling me things that are not needed.
