Girls in service department have no personality. . I didn’t feel welcomed or comforted of the amount of time i had to wait for my service to be done. Only cause of a recall i was there. What’s the sense of scheduling an appointment. Should have told me would take all day ahead of time. Is it because I have a recall I was put towards the end? And no one follows up with you, you have to ask ,what the status. is. Maybe my review might not matter but if I was a happy customer i woulda’t be writing this review. More

A car battery costs $960 at the Hilo location and they had the gall to say it was normally $1600. It was $189 at NAPA and $241 at O'Reillys. If you are one of the fortunate ones and are the first one they start with in the morning, your probably going to get your car repaired as promised and give them a good rating. I was there for 15 thousand mile check up, 7:40 am, they actually had me scheduled to replace my fuel pump which they did a month or two ago. I actually stoped in to schedule my appointment, someone dropped the ball in either registering the repair or just was not paying close attention. They did give me a call about 1 hour latter and stated my 2 year complementary service would be up in just a few days, and offered to do the 20 thousand mile which included oil change, tire rotation and ect. I also had another recall for third brake light check. At approx 10:30 I approched the service check in person to check on my truck, still nothing being done, said they were wating for the recall tech to become available. I instructed them to do the rest of the work and I was not willing to wait until afternoon for the service tech. About 12:15 I got my truck back without the recall being done. I did not receive any time frame when I checked in at 7:40, as I was latter told I should have been instructed as to the wait time. This was almost a repeat of my last service appointment.This waiting was actually much worse than any Doctor appointment I EVER HAD. Today's customer service is so Sad More

If there was a way to rate this place a zero I would have. They don't even let you sit inside for your 4 hr oil change. Covid yeah but many place to get. I haven't been here for two years cause I had issues before and only went back one more time for my final free oil change...not free anymore cause I wasted 4 hours of my life for nothing. Never go here. Toyota service doesn't do anything if you complain either. Sorry toyota but you guys become a terrible company. My truck is full of cheap plastic parts, some have fallen off, transmission issues, brake issues, door issues, window issues, etc....never again. Never saw a mgr, long lunch break maybe. Ps. I had an appointment for 10:40am and handed my car keys over at 10:30am. I was told it will take 2 hours to rotate my tires so I waited inside patiently. 1h 50m go by and no call so I walked outside and se over at 10:30am. I was told it will take 2 hours to rotate my tires so I waited inside patiently. 1h 50m go by and no call so I walked outside and seen my car in the exact same spot I left it. I asked the associate if it’s complete or has it never been moved. They couldn’t find any paperwork and looked confused about my car being there. I was very disappointed that I waited almost two hours and my car was parked in the same way I left it and forgotten about although it was in front of their computer. I took my keys and told them I’ll just take my vehicle and forget about the tire rotation, I’d rather pay someone or do it myself. I’m very unhappy about the service they offer but yet didn’t do. Hopefully David Deluz will correct this matter. More

Worst service of a life time The dealership had a simple job: replace two tires. I dropped it off on a Wednesday. They called on Friday and said it was ready for pick up. I drove in on Saturday with a friend and first they couldn’t find ANY paperwork NOR THE TRUCK.. Then after a half hour they located my car and informed me the work was not even started! I returned 5 days later to get the truck to find they had ordered the wrong tires, put the wrong tires on front and back and failed to add the correct amount of air (as pee my dash warning device). This place was a disaster for me and I will never go back More
