First of all, let me say that I have previously bought two cars from Big Red in the past. Boy, has things change with this dealership. I made a phone call to inquire about a 2014 Kia Forte EX, well the two cars from Big Red in the past. Boy, has things change with this dealership. I made a phone call to inquire about a 2014 Kia Forte EX, well the internet sales lady (Misty) lied to me just to get me in the door. She told me the dealer had up to 3500 dealer cash they can use for the purchase, which was a lie. When I got to the dealership, guess what, that’s right no dealer cash; I was told by Jeremy Silva that she was new and she didn’t know what she was talking about. Anyway, to make a long story short and a lot of wasted time, we never made a deal on the Forte, THANK GOD, because I went across the street and got a xxxx of a deal from Automax Hyundai (Hyundai Elantra) a lot better car and price. Also didn’t have to go thru all that back and forth like I did with Big Red. I recommend that you shop elsewhere if you looking for a Kia. These guys are just not being fair and they are some professional scammers. So be careful when buying from Big Red….. You’ve been warned. Stephen More

I met with Zac when I arrived and he helped me get the car I wanted with very little money down and the monthly payment I wanted. T was pre approved. I recently went to Big Red, admittedly I do not have the best credit score, anyway that's another story, I wanted this sweet 2010 Tahoe, Zac got me approved which was no small feat. I had been to "another dealer" (and I left them a review of what I thought about them) and even hated the thought of going to another dealer, I almost just gave up.
