Worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional staff, making repeated mistakes with our time and our paperwork. General sales manager who acknowledged inappropriate and rude Rude, unprofessional staff, making repeated mistakes with our time and our paperwork. General sales manager who acknowledged inappropriate and rude behavior by staff, and mistakes made, but no intention or attempt to correct them. I regret very much giving this dealership our business and will avoid any and all encounters with them in the future. More
If i could give less than a star i would. I had the agreed price out the door and a $2000 price range on my trade-in promised and promised, so I stupidly drove 6 hours to do the deal. I fi I had the agreed price out the door and a $2000 price range on my trade-in promised and promised, so I stupidly drove 6 hours to do the deal. I finally get there and suddenly their internet price was gone and the total price including trade in was over $8000 more. They didn't even look at my trade before subtracting $5k from what was promised. Said well tax credits will get it a little close to what was agreed on.... xxx. I refuse and they send out a new guy after 30 minutes. He comes out with an out the door price for $63,000. Now (according to the out the door price agreed upon before driving out there and what their website said, it was supposed to be $54,400 out the door) Well that doesn't add up. My lease buy out was $30k. We agreed to the range $27,000 to $29,000 way before i decided to drive 6 hours. With lease deficit countered by tax credit, it comes close to evening out. So I refuse the $63k offer, and he comes back with $62k offer. I refuse that so they send the "big boss" out. He refuses to work with me... at least see what i'm talking about numbers-wise. Does stupid things like writing messages on the paper to me while i'm standing right in front of him. Tells me the internet offer is gone because it's Monday. Then says "you're not really going to drive 11 hours round-trip empty handed?" You bet I am. So he get's pissed. I keep my cool as best as i can. Alex, in his great wisdom, chimes in and tells me that Tax credit actually means i pay more in tax ... just.. ... really. I'm speechless at how awful and stupid i felt taking off a day of work for this crap. Oh and don't fall for their $250 gift card to take a test drive... it's a discount card for certain specials at random restaurants. More
