I would give these guys a zero star if I could because they are scammers. Approached them to buy a Palisade based off their "internet sale". They said they were honor it but then they came back at me afte they are scammers. Approached them to buy a Palisade based off their "internet sale". They said they were honor it but then they came back at me after 3 days of no response with a proposal sheet that had only a $1500 discount, which was 4X less than what they said they would do and then to make it worse added $4k of "services and accessories" on top of it! Don't play into this game, people who keep letting it happen is why dealers keep doing it. Because they can. More

It was very the most disappointing experience one could have on a car purchase. I was promised to have the first monthly payment reimbursed which I have already paid 4 and keep hearing from Sales person have on a car purchase. I was promised to have the first monthly payment reimbursed which I have already paid 4 and keep hearing from Sales person Aren Roberson and Customer Service Manager DeeDee that they are still pending general manager to sign the check. Such excuse would make sense on the first few weeks but after 3 months I can’t think they are nothing but a scam dealership where they promise anything on the sales process and will care less after you have the finance paperwork signed. The communication between workers is not there. A tire was ordered and I was told it would be here possibly in the evening or first thing in the morning tomorrow. The next day arrived and I received a call from Hyundai telling us that the tire was still not here. Someone else called and stated that the tire had arrived and we made an appointment. Later I received another call telling me that if we don't make our appointment that the service would have to be done tomorrow. My wife was already at the dealership and the work was already in the works. This kind of communication is worry some. My wife was helped by Sabrina who was very helpful, very nice, and kept my wife very informed of the progress of the service. As for the rest???? More
