I bought a 2001 Lincoln LS which has been serviced here exclusively for at least the last 10 years. This included oil changes, ongoing repairs like tires, battery etc. They also performed the 100K servic exclusively for at least the last 10 years. This included oil changes, ongoing repairs like tires, battery etc. They also performed the 100K service. They had to replace the engine due to failure to secure the oil drain plug. I bought the car knowing it had some issues with the front end. They replaced most of the steering components including the struts. They didn't replace the mounts and I am having that done today at a different shop. The service was horrible. They took two weeks to fix the car (I paid for a rental). They said they ordered parts and got the wrong ones, a lift was broken and they couldn't fit me in, blah blah blah. The service rep tried to explain it away but was hard to reach and sometimes would not return a call. I would like to never go to this place again, but I still have miles left on the engine warranty so I still get oil changes there. It really hurts to even give these guys even a one star rating.
