The service advisor who dis my intake was on time off the afternoon and day after I dropped my car off for oil change and check engine light review. Nobody called to advise me what was going— therefore I called to ask status of vehicle after not hearing anything about the car for two days after dropping it off. When I called to inquire, explaining I had not heard anything, Todd asked me very rudely ‘so why are you calling?’ and refused to look up status, saying he was busy and I would have to talk to someone else. After multiple calls and being placed on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time, i finallu reached the service manager, who stated that this was not Todd’s first instance Of rudeness. I frankly am Not sure why he still works there if this is his normal bad attotude. I have not previously received poor service from this dealer, but I will not likely be returning there again after this experience. Tony-who was my initial service advisor, was very nice and helpful- this review is not a reflection of him.
