My oil change and tire rotation was fast and painless. This dealership is very friendly. My salesperson remembers my birthday. I love my Equinox and it’s leather seats, sunroof and many safety features. The driver alert things drive my husband nuts, but I like them.
Everytime I come to FOX it has been a good time. Al Spencer is very kind and lays it out straight how my car is doing. Mike down at bodyshop is giving me updates through my process and the work done afterwards I would not be able to tell if any work got done at all thats how good they are. Can not wait for that new building to be done!!!

Service advisor very knowledgeable and professional. Felt he was looking out for me and kept me updated as to the status of the car. Electrical issue was hard to diagnose and felt the car was in good hands with the mechanic and service advisor. They were able to fix the problem for me. Highly recommend both of them. Even had to look to eBay for the part as no longer manufactured. Went above and beyond.

The employees at fox were patient and very professional. The repair on my chevy was excellent . They were very accurate on the repair time frame. My only problem was that they suggested enterprise car rental. I took that advice and was very disappointed. My suggestion is do not fecommend a car rental. Company
We were having issues with our leased 2018 Silverado Z71 so we took it to Fox for service. We had purchased vehicles and had service done before at this location with absolutely no issues. The assisant service manager Jayson indicated that all of the Silverados have the issue we were having and that the tech service hotline wouldn't approve any further service. My husband continued to question how we could resolve the issue. Jayson acted increasingly irratated with my husband, rolling his eyes and speaking rudely. Then he turned around to another person and loudly indicated how "ridulous and unbelievable" my husband was being. It was completely unprofessional and we will not be returning.
The final results ended up fine.
I was less than impressed by the lack of acknowledgment by any of the staff (the porter was the only one to actually make eye contact and offer a greeting)
Gave the impression of extremely bored in their jobs or that I was disturbing them and they were doing me a favor. This was a major departure from the good experience I had 6 months ago.
