Mitch is the best service advisor!! I've dealt with others, but he is the absolute best! He ALWAYS takes care of me. If I have an issue on a day he's off, I wait till the next time he's working before others, but he is the absolute best! He ALWAYS takes care of me. When I arrived, Mitch remembered my face (and name) and motioned for me to come work with him. "I'm your rep" he said with a smile. His is ALWAYS so patient explaining aspects of my car and servicing, even explaining twice if I still don't understand. He remembers, respects, and values his clients. He understands how the bond between a Mini and their owner is strong and solid, and he extends that same commitment to the customer.
