Mo Khan is an exceptionally great salesperson and a wonderful young man. Mo has a thorough knowledge of his product, which is refreshing in his industry. Often, I know more about the car I am shopping for than does the person charged with presenting it to me. With Mo’s nearly encyclopedic knowledge of all things VW, my knowledge of the product seemed paltry by comparison. Mo is also patient; I take an inordinately long time to make a car purchase, and Mo was always available to accommodate me when I needed to take “just one more ride” to assure myself of my understanding and thoughts regarding the, in my case, Jetta SEL, which is a wonderful car that deserves far more notice, and accolades, than it seems to garner from the automotive press. Nowhere can one get a compact, yet spacious, car with just about every available bell and whistle at this price. Neither the Corolla nor the Civic are available with such an extensive list of standard equipment; the Jetta SEL is indeed the “mini-Audi” some have called it. I only deal with knowledgeable and friendly car salespeople whose company I genuinely enjoy; I don’t have the time or patience to deal with poseurs and hustlers. Even in the star-laden group of car salespeople with whom I do business, Mo stands out as one of the shining stars. Besides being a great salesperson, Mo is a wonderful young man. He is kind, considerate, funny, relatable (even to this writer who is more than twice his age), attentive, and respectful of one’s time and considerations. He would make a great friend and is going places in this world. Chris VerHagen, the sales manager with whom I also dealt, is also a great guy who knows his craft. It was a pleasure dealing with him as well. Like Mo, Chris is a no pressure, no nonsense, no flim-flam guy. More
