I lost my car keys and the car was towed to closest Buick Dealership. Service people were friendly but just didn't deliver all that was promised. I am new at caring for my car and I trusted them. I requested a car wash twice and was told two times that it was done. When I arrived it was not done and although the Service Guy apologized, he blamed someone else. He had specifically told me it was washed. If he is in "Service" shouldn't he have checked? He also called me to say that although the thermostat works now, there was a previous error message about the thermostat. Then he referred to the cold winter weather. I am not sure if he wanted me to say just repair it anyway, but I told him the car has an extended warranty. I asked him to call to see if it is warranty work, he said he would but he didn't. I am not sure what is up with the heat in my car, he just said it is working right now.
Very disappointed, I had hoped to feel comfortable with Bill Kay. Will look for another Buick dealership next time.
