Great service I went into Bill Kay Honda expecting to spend a lot of money. I needed an oil change, wheel alignment and my a/c went out. After doing the diagnostic I went into Bill Kay Honda expecting to spend a lot of money. I needed an oil change, wheel alignment and my a/c went out. After doing the diagnostic on the a/c Al informed me that my condenser was under an extended warranty, which saved me about $800. The work was done quickly and I am pleased with the work that was done. I live near three Honda dealerships but I drive 40 minutes to Bill Kay when my car needs service. The service is top notch. More

Sam was pleasant, professional, and no matter how busy, he always takes the time to answer all of my questions (and I ask a lot!). He even went the extra mile to walk out to my car and check out/confiirm a question I had with my tire wear when I came to pick up my car. I will NOT take my car for service anywhere else but Bill Kay. They really are the best! More

I just wanted to sit in I bought my 2000 Honda Accord here and come here for service. I left with a new car. I've been looking on line at CR-Vs. I just wanted to sit in one as they seem much bigger than my Accord. I went from sitting in the car, then taking a test drive and finally purchasing a 2017 CR-V. I have never bought a used car but I trust Bill Kay Honda completely. My salesperson was Gino Patrevito, who was excellent. I do not like pushy sales people and Gino was very laid back. He read me completely. Despite my husband being with me, Gino spoke with me directly as this was going to be my car. To a woman, having the sales person deal directly with me is a big deal. Loved dealing with Gino. He was completely professional and did not talk down to me. I also totally love your Service Department. I am in their hands. That's why we drive from Mokena to your establishment. More

Asked other dealers for the same thing and after giving me their best price Bill Kay beat it by Asked for the lowest price and that’s what they gave. When I told the other dealers I received a lower price they said they would beat it by $500 never asking what the price was from Bill Kay. One dealers lowest price was $2000 higher than Bill Kay More
