Great experience as a first time buyer Gary Mendelsohn couldn't have been a better help for me. After getting to know him and Subaru as a brand better, I felt well informed, confident, and relaxed about making my purchase. I've always enjoyed Subaru and I couldn't be more happy to finally own one. But I really gotta hand it off to Gary. He dropped me off at the bus station when I had no way home, I came too late to actually walk away with the car but that's ok, and he acutually picked me up from the bus station the morning after to pick up my car. And not only that, Gary even gave me a refresher lesson in the parking lot next door just to make sure I get the manual transmission down. I couldn't be more thankful and happy foe the whole crew that helped me out that day. You guys are the best!! More

He was extremely down to earth and was easy to talk to. Subaru wasn't my first choice, however, after test driving the Subaru Forester and talking to Holman my decision was made and when my boyfriend and I left we talked about how great Holman was. While I was waiting for my vehicle to arrive Holman was in constant communication with me and answered all my questions. When my vehicle arrived he showed me every feature my new Forester had. Once again this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Paul Spiegel was also very helpful and I am so happy with my tire protection and I am getting prime protection next week. My best car buying experience I had a great experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru , I was lucky enough to have been helped by Howard Bonfield as my sales representative, from the mome I had a great experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru , I was lucky enough to have been helped by Howard Bonfield as my sales representative, from the moment we sat down his first question was if we would like a coffee or water . The hospitality was excellent, he had a great sense of humor and you can tell he had alot of experience under his belt as a sales rep. When it was time for a test drive Howard had the car brought right up to us , again what a pleasant experience. When we got back and I was on the phone with the insurance company he had all the paper work ready , literally no time wasted . I honestly can’t express how great of an experience I had through this review but I definitely give him 5 stars . Personally to me it’s not about just buying a car , it’s also about the experience you had buying it as well , kind of sets the mood with your new vehicle.
