I just purchased a new 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco from Bill Roberts Chevrolet. This was a big transition for me as I had never had a new car/car payment before. He helped me feel comfortable during the whole process. I now have a new car, and I couldn't be more excited! They went to a lot of trouble to get the exact car I wanted -- engine, transmission, options, and color (2013 Sonic 1.4 Turbo, six-speed stick, aluminum wheels, metallic blue). I have recently had two exceptionally good exeriences with service at the Bill Roberts dealership in Bolivar MO. 1st Mr. Hagar troubleshot my son's older Oldsmobile starting problem, gave the appropriat with service at the Bill Roberts dealership in Bolivar MO. 1st Mr. Hagar troubleshot my son's older Oldsmobile starting problem, gave the appropriate advice and completed the repairs in a timely fashion while keeping my son apprised at each step in the process. On another recent occasion Mr. Combs, body shop manager, was successful in locating a no longer produced part, combining original and acquired parts to repair a seatbelt safety system for my early 90s truck extensing it's life beyond my expectations. We think very highly of the Roberts Dealership; both the sales and service sides! More
