My repair service on my 2015 Focus I took my car in at 8:00am on 9-17-19. I was helped by Greg Hall. I left my car and expected to pick it back up by 2 or 3. My daughter and her husband I took my car in at 8:00am on 9-17-19. I was helped by Greg Hall. I left my car and expected to pick it back up by 2 or 3. My daughter and her husband picked my car up at around 5:30. I’m sorry to Mr. Hall for calling twice to inquire about my car being done. I had a stressful day. My oldest daughter was taken to the ER with heart problems. In all I feel that Bill Utter Ford is a very caring and precise place for all my auto repair. Yes I would take my car again if need be. I forgot to mention this repair was a call back from the Ford corporation on my car. Thank you to the Service Dept of Bill Utter Ford. More
