Not impressed with the service Dept at all. The female could use so customer service training. Follow up? Follow through? Worst experience from service department Took car in for repair July 5. Had diagnostic test. Would be ready in two days. Called back needed something different. Waited another two days. Then said it needed cvvt. Then called and said they blew up engine. Corporate sent new engine. Drove 60 miles and noticed temperature level go up and right back down. Had to take it to another dealer in Springfield MO. They say nothing they did. Almost 2 months,$2000 dollars, 3 550 mile trips,4 nights in motel,week staying with my brother. Wouldn’t let them put a chain on a bicycle. Worse experience with any dealership. Give a 1 because I couldn’t give them worse. Ridiculous! More

Horrible These people are rude and a fraud. Service Is horrible, workers are rude, and most of all their repairs are half done jobs. Then I get blamed for thei These people are rude and a fraud.
