I absolutely HATE car shopping! The last time I bought a vehicle without feeling used, abused, and manipulated was at a car dealership in Norcross, GA in 1998. It was all easy and re The last time I bought a vehicle without feeling used, abused, and manipulated was at a car dealership in Norcross, GA in 1998. It was all easy and relatively quick. The only thing missing was the seemingly genuine interest and care that I received yesterday at Drive Time on 220 Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, FL. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by two different employees with handshakes and smiles as they were on their way assisting their current clients. I had made an appointment, for which I was an hour early, to look at a particular vehicle. The customer service agent at the desk, Shai Jackson, politely greeted me, dismissed any concerns I had about arriving too early, assured me that an agent would be able to see me soon, had me comfortably seated and promptly brought coffee to me and bottles of water for my parents who had come with me. Very shortly after I was introduced to Selah Bryan, who was to help me in selecting a vehicle. She was not only polite and charming to me, but took care to engage my parents in conversation quite apart from anything to do with purchasing a vehicle. Shortly, I was out with Selah looking at vehicles that had caught my attention. She was professional and knowledgeable about the products and completely avoiding pushing any vehicles regardless of higher or lower prices. She allowed me the opportunity to examine vehicles, provided answers to questions, and backed away from any commentary influencing a decision on my part. It was a completely pressure free experience. I decided on the vehicle I had initially come to see. We returned inside to start the paperwork for purchasing. She first, however, made sure my parents were still comfortable and brought them more water as well as offering to get me more coffee or water if I wished. It took a surprisingly short amount of time to complete the paperwork requirements with her. She then went to get the general manager, Matthew Kappelmann, to go over the contracts to finalize the purchase.. It was clear that Matt was just as genial and respectful as all the other staff with whom I had met or interacted. Whether they reflect his management style or they are all just naturally professional, friendley and respectful I do not know. What I do know, however, is that you owe it to yourself to experience their approach to respecting clients and selling cars if you are in the market for a vehicle yourself..If you have the experience I had, your buying a vehicle will likely not continue to have such a large dread component any longer. They will, with no hesitation, be my next stop when I decide it is time for another vehicle purchase. More

They made things a little more easier; going in you know you're walking into a warm and welcoming environment. They do everything within their power to make sure the customer is happy.
