I absolutely will not buy from anywhere else, my parents also bought here. There will always be naysayers in these reviews, but if you are in the market for amazing service and selection, you need to check also bought here. There will always be naysayers in these reviews, but if you are in the market for amazing service and selection, you need to check out BlueWater Motorsports. Everyone here becomes like family and they make sure that you are fully satisfied- even after your purchase. You won’t find that level of care anywhere else. Paul was very consistent with communication in helping me search for my perfect car match, even though it took some time. Julian was very kind and helpful in the transaction portion of things, and Greg, the Owner, is as personal as he is professional. He was there when I went to pick up my car and assisted me with some questions and helped make sure everything was good to go for me. More
Our car search and buying experience was really good with this group. All seemed helpful and polite. We had researched the type of car we preferred, found one on-line at Bluewater, drove up, test drove it, this group. All seemed helpful and polite. We had researched the type of car we preferred, found one on-line at Bluewater, drove up, test drove it, asked questions, felt relatively comfortable with everything. We've had the Toyota RAV4 over a year now and are really pleased with the purchase. I would recommend giving them a try. More
Buyer Beware! !! While the workers are very personable and that is the only reason for two-star review, you have to do your homework with this dealer. Do not just r !! While the workers are very personable and that is the only reason for two-star review, you have to do your homework with this dealer. Do not just rely on the Carfax they claim to be a CARFAX Advantage dealer, yeah so, they can take advantage of people like me. I did my homework and asked questions, but they never disclosed the full extent of the damage. I asked three times as well as my wife asking the question if the airbags deployed and all the salesperson would say, is the Carfax does not say they did and that's all I know (what a joke). He was correct but that is when I found out Carfax was not as reliable for history. Carfax was no help in clearing up any questions about the airbags but great for Maintenance records, So I did some more research and found a great detailed report which cost less then Carfax and gave me everything I wanted to know. Second the finance guy is also very likeable but ask to see things in writing and get copies of the completed paperwork all they gave me was the copies I signed even though I asked for the notarized copies, I originally bought the warranty and was never given the detailed paperwork to know what I was buying all I was told was the term and price and purchase contract, I had to read the small print to find a link for the warranty coverage and once I read it I called and canceled it once again buyer beware. Are they the most shadiest car dealers I ever met no, but they are the kind that gives meaning to Wolves in sheep's clothing.. Do yourself a favor and do not just go by the Carfax as they want you to go pull a report from **Epicvin **using the vin # prior to buying they use insurance records and gave me pictures, for me it was to late I already bought the car. To be fair you should do this before purchasing any used car from any dealer. I see that the dealership In my opinion is deceptive just look at the testimonial page on their website they are only showing google reviews with 4 stars or higher making you believe they have no bad reviews so word of caution. Go to google or bbb if you want to see the real reviews period. that says it all about this dealer!! More
My experience with Bluewater Motorsports was absolutely delightful. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I got into the truck that I wanted to purchase. I do not have good credit, and I ha absolutely delightful. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I got into the truck that I wanted to purchase. I do not have good credit, and I had almost given up on getting a better vehicle. I'm so glad that I contacted Bluewater Motorsports, and would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle. More
We found a car at BlueWater MotorSports that we liked. My husband called and verified the cars information and price before coming. We were coming from South Carolina, so we wanted to know the out the doo My husband called and verified the cars information and price before coming. We were coming from South Carolina, so we wanted to know the out the door all fees, taxes, titled paid. They gave us a price and we agreed to it. We drove to get the car and sign all the paperwork. My husband went in signed everything, we paid cash and left. We were contacted after we left saying we had to pay property taxes before they could pay the sales tax. We have never done that before, I normally pay afterwards, but it was no problem. I went and paid and mailed them the original receipt, which they requested. A week later they called and said I needed to go the DMV to pay a highway usage tax. Now I knew this was crap. I pushed back at Rosemary saying there was no highway usage tax in South Carolina. I told her that they agreed to pay the sales tax. She said it was not the same thing. After arguing for a while, she finally admitted it was the same thing, but said it was not included. She said it was not on our sales agreement. While it wasn't lined itemed, lots of things were not lined itemed. We signed South Carolina bill of sales, South Carolina power of attorney, South Carolina tax information so that they could pay it. We had even had multiple conversations about it. If they wanted a line item on the sales receipt to say that it was up to them. We would not have signed power of attorney over to them to pay the sales tax if we didn't think they were paying it. She then told me they recorded all calls and that they never agreed to pay it. I told her we recorded all calls too, and she got angry and said we had no right to record her conversation. She said they didn't care what we had, they were not paying, and the car was ours and there was nothing we could do about it. My husband spoke to the owner who said he would resolve this and never reached back out. More
I have been searching for a clean Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for a long time just so happen they had one and it wasn't exactly close for me to go and look at the vehicle in person. They worked with me did video for a long time just so happen they had one and it wasn't exactly close for me to go and look at the vehicle in person. They worked with me did video walk around and handled all paperwork digitally. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and the vehicle is everything I hoped it would be. They didn't try misleading me in anyway and were very honest. More
