Had the worst experience with Dave Rook at this dealership today where he tried to jack up prices of the car listed on cars.com by $2000. The car was listed for $44700 on cars.com and seller notes say "But that's not all we're making your dream ride even more accessible with our exclusive offers. Secure your ideal vehicle and enjoy a $1000.00 Trade-In Assist Credit, along with an additional $1000.00 Financing Credit." According to Dave the price is not $44700 as it includes $2000 discount so the price is $46700. This is very deceptive practice and fails to deliver on what the dealership stands for - "Experience the ultimate car-buying journey at Bob Boast Volkswagen, where transparency meets unbeatable value! The ATLAS R LINE was the second car we purchased from Dave. We also bought a 2024 GTI in March. All in all things went well in both cases. So far so good. I hope the service is as good as the sails.
