During my time with Nolan who sold me the car via online email contact, the sales manager Jaime, the finance manager Miguel, & another manager Dustin, I was not pressured to purchase more options. I was so grateful to have been treated with respect, fairness, and not taken advantage of. Several days later I had some extras installed (back cargo area protectors, bumper protector). I met with Manny who spent 1.5 hrs with me entirely teaching me how to use all of the features of my new car. This helped me immensely. I highly recommend this dealership!
