I know from our records that this was a difficult electrical issue that took hours of technician time to diagnose. The vehicle did not start and had been flooded when brought to us. I apologize, and you are correct. I was wrong to use the word flooded. The vehicle was involved in a severe accident in 2013 and was deemed a total loss. It was rebuilt and has a rebuilt/salvage title.
