Totally Awesome Experience! I had an oil change/service appointment for 12:30pm today but had to call and reschedule because I had a flat rear tire on my way to Bob Hook in the D I had an oil change/service appointment for 12:30pm today but had to call and reschedule because I had a flat rear tire on my way to Bob Hook in the Dixie Hwy construction chaos. AAA came and put on donut spare. Then took a chance and called Bob Hook again to see if I could still get in today. Chris in Service said "Come on." Checked in Service and was asked if I wanted them to check tire and I said I did. Great. fast service...and they not only checked the tire...they found the problem, repaired It, mounted it and stored the donut in its proper place and I was ready to go! The Service Department was clean and comfortable and even the floor was spic and span. Thank you Service Advisor, David Redding!! You eased my load and got my tire fixed...all beyond my expectations It is hard to find good service today. We have purchased our last ten cars including our Corvette from Bob Hook and come for service. From the receptionist on the phone 4 times today to all the folks in the busy Service Department and especially David Redding...THANK YOU!! JAMES AND DONNA ATHERTON. More

Poor customer service They charged 600 dollars to even look at my vehicle. It cost me 1200 dollars before I got my vehicle back. A rip off. They did not make me feel at ease during the process. I have gone to Bachmans before and they are much better. Don't go here for your Chevrolet problems, go to Bachman or anywhere else. Emergency Service needed The front wipers unexpectedly went out last night while my wife was driving. With rain coming today and tomorrow I was in need of service. I had ori The front wipers unexpectedly went out last night while my wife was driving. With rain coming today and tomorrow I was in need of service. I had originally called the dealership where it was purchased and the best they said they could do was schedule it for next Wednesday. I called Bob Hook and talked to John Gahimer, Service Advisor. While he first explained that they were all booked up today, when I explained my situation, he immediately said to bring it in and at least let them take a look. When I arrived at Bob Hook, John was very friendly and professional with me. I had explained what I thought the issue was and he said to go ahead and pull it in. He showed me around the dealership so I need where coffee, restrooms, etc. were. They were able to fix the problem and have me out the door in under 1.5 hours. I could not have asked for a better experience and so appreciative of John going over and above to at least look at the vehicle. I would highly recommend Bob Hook and if you need service, John is your man!!!!! More
