Unethical business practice After closing on a car purchase, the salesman informed us that there was only one key fob. We expected them to make good on providing standard equipment for the car (two keys), After wasting four hours going through the sale process, the sales manager basically said take it or leave it, they would not pay for a second key. We left it and will never do business with this unethical dealership again. More

I currently get over 40 mpg in city and 50 mpg on highway. I laugh as I drive by the gas stations. It is by far an excellent vehicle. Very very happy. Worse dealership ever Me and my wife picked out a SUV had signed a sales agreement. The sales manager David Wing sent us a email staying he could get us a better price. Horrible Experience My husband and I were in the early stages of shopping for a new SUV. We wanted to look at the Mitsubishi Highlander. We were met immediately by an o My husband and I were in the early stages of shopping for a new SUV. We wanted to look at the Mitsubishi Highlander. We were met immediately by an older gentleman who I later figured out may have been the sales manager or some sort of sales supervisor. He introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. As soon as he realized that we weren't buying that day, he passed us off to a different salesman. Nothing against the salesman we were passed to, but I don't appreciate someone thinking they are too important to talk to us because we aren't buying that day. Just looking at a few cars ended up taking forever. The dealership itself is horrible. The salesman sat us at his desk and the sun was just pouring in the open windows directly in our eyes. Definitely uncomfortable. Even if I had liked the highlander, I would have found another dealership to buy from. More
