Grateful Senior Citizen! Yesterday, I purchased an Outlander Sport SUV from Bob King Mitsubishi - Winston Salem NC. Due to the Pandemic, for months now, I have grown accustom to contact-less curb side Outlander Sport SUV from Bob King Mitsubishi - Winston Salem NC. Due to the Pandemic, for months now, I have grown accustom to contact-less curb side pick up, wearing a mask & social distancing. I'll admit, I had anxiety about the whole process of purchasing a vehicle, most importantly because I did Not want to have to go to the dealership to make my purchase. I called and spoke with Billy about how we could make this a Stress Free transaction. He was very professional and helpful in making the whole process go super smooth, including making a Video of the SUV for me, to see prior to purchase and then having the SUV delivered to me the next morning. I contacted dealers in Virginia, and from Winston Salem to the coast. The Bob King Mitsubishi dealership is almost 4 hours west from where I live. I found out that Dominique was from Rocky Mount, and his girlfriend was from Plymouth. I can drive to either of those locations within an hour. The gentleman that handled the financing was also from eastern North Carolina. They made my family feel so welcome at the dealership. My wife commented later how friendly everybody at the dealership was. I didn't have to wait a very long time to get my car and leave like a lot of other dealers. I would recommend anyone from the state of North Carolina and depending on where you live, its worth the drive to go to Bob King Mitsubishi in Winston Salem. I have really enjoyed my Mitsubishi Mirage. It is extremely great on gas. The deal I made to buy the car was practically done over the phone. He went the extra mile to give me the best deal.
