From the time I was greeted on the video monitor in the service bay when I arrived, the staff was highly attentive. My courtesy car’s radio was even tuned to the same SiriusXM station I had been listening to in my car!?! Service updates were timely and informative, and I felt very well cared for. Great experience!
I can only vouch for the service department and they rock!!!! Eric Nunez always takes care of me. He explains what needs to be serviced and the importance of the repair. This sounds simple and basic but not a whole lot of people do the basic stuff. I’m very young but he still treats me with respect and explains what is going on with my Subaru. If he told me it was time to buy a new car, I wouldn’t question it. I know when he tells me something I can trust he is gonna take care of me and my vehicle. Eric Nunez 10/10. He’s the best.

I ran over a screw and got a flat tire. The service team had a full schedule and no loaner vehicles to give so I had to do a walk-in& wait. But they got me in & out & back to work in a reasonable amount of time. Quicker than I expected, really. My tire plan paid for more of the replacement than we initially expected & the team was super nice & accommodating as usual. Turned my frown upside down.
