"Another great experience!"

Every time I take my Outback in for service they are always concerned with making a satisfied customer! Brandon called during service to tell me of a problem with one of my tires. To make a long story short, when I expressed a concern, he listened, and when I returned to pick my car up, he had taken care of it in a different way to address my concern. Was not expected and they could have done it the original way, but he said he heard my concern and wanted to get it handled. What else can you ask for?

Friendly people to work with. They explained every thing that needed to be done at the mileage of service. Loaner cars were available so I would not have to set in the waiting room unless I wanted.

Performed scheduled maintenance on my Outback. In doing routine all points check, they discovered brake pads warn. Installed new brake pads and everything works just fine. Pleased with service.

"Prompt appointment; pleasant agents: efficient service"

We called for routine service and got a next-day appointment. We met the serviceman and was directed to the waiting area. Shortly, the serviceman returned advising us of a needed repair (a strut was leaking) and offered us a courtesy car until ours was repaired. We were called, came for our Forester which had been washed and vacuumed in addition to the routine service and repair. We could not ask for better service than we get at Bob Moore Subaru.
