Every time I take my Outback in for service they are always concerned with making a satisfied customer! Brandon called during service to tell me of a problem with one of my tires. To make a long story short, when I expressed a concern, he listened, and when I returned to pick my car up, he had taken care of it in a different way to address my concern. Was not expected and they could have done it the original way, but he said he heard my concern and wanted to get it handled. What else can you ask for?
