I sold my 2011 Mercedes convertible to this dealership approximately a month ago. My experience with the woman handling things was so horrible that it took me this long to find the words to describe my di approximately a month ago. That woman was extremely condescending in the way she talked to me and I felt like she was trying to make me feel uneducated. All the other employees were kind and helpful where they could be. If it wasn't a complete necessity for me to sell my poor car, I would of walked out of that dealership so fast. I hope she gets a lot of customer service training soon. More
