"Prompt, courteous service. "

Dealer performed 25k service plus found a slow leak in one tire. The tire took a long time as they had to remove the wheel from the truck and dunk it in water. Service department is always courteous and helpful.

Service desk was very courteous and explained everything to my wife and my understanding. While we waited we were greeted by a sales rep who let us test drive a RAV4 which we have found to be quite nice. We are planning on trading in the next year and this one appears to be a top contender.

Yikes, no brakes on I65! I limped into Bob Rohrman Toyota, and David (Early) and Jean helped me out right away -- diagnosed and repaired the brake line, fixed another broken-bolt issue, and I was out in about an hour with a reasonable cost! And everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and courteous. My highest recommendation to these folks in the service center, and thanks for helping a traveler in need passing through Lafayette! "Additional Coverage accept / decline"

When signing to accept or decline additional coverage items, I was given a sheet of paper listing the items declined which had $$ amounts assigned to them but the items that I accepted did not. Is there a specific reason for this? As a consumer, I would like to have seem both( in the spirit of transparency). Thanks for your consideration.
