Well, my opinion was really good until I looked at my finance paperwork a few days after the deal was complete. Now, my opinion is extremely low. We had an agreed upon price of $13,750 plus sales tax, but that’s not what the financing ended up being. I was overcharged by $700. I guess I let my guard down and missed the breakdown of pricing and was fooled by the typical finance departments number games. I am way too mad about this to even confront the dealership about it, so I decided to cut my losses and move on. However, I will not return to any Bob Rohrman dealerships and I will tell anyone that will listen to me about my experience. More

I am very frustrated because I came in for an oil change and it took 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:30 and told them I needed to pick up my granddaughter at 12:00.
