Kylee talks to you as a person and friend before a customer and throughout the whole car buying process, she was thinking of my best interest first. She made sure to work with me and her manager to ge customer and throughout the whole car buying process, she was thinking of my best interest first. Kylee is straight forward and made sure to understand what I wanted to make sure I was looking at cars that fit my requirements. I love the car I got and will be returning to Kylee for future car purchases. Once it got to the financial/warranty part, Monte was great; he made sure I understood everything and helped me choose a warranty that was good for me. More
My first experience with this dealership. I asked to test drive a used vehicle. One of our used car technicians bought it while it was on the lift AS IS. Sorry man... is there anything else that you would be interested in by chance? I’m all for allowing employees to have first picks of vehicles but don’t post it on the Internet and have someone like me interested in it waiting for it to be maintenance to find out that the servicer found out it was a nice car and bought it himself. This type of business does not set easy with me as I find it rude and very inconsiderate to the way that business should be conducted. If there is an interested buyer then regardless if you’re the technician or what your title is, you should have to wait just like everyone else, if it’s already been posted and someone’s interested in it waiting for the vehicle to be finished with maintenance then at that point they should not cut in line. Long story short, is that this puts a very negative taste in my mouth for this line of dealerships. Employees should get first picks before they go live to the public. * I must add that it was no fault in Stone that this happened but definitely some questionable morals and standard operating procedures for selling vehicles on behalf of higher management. The will not help me get this figures out despite my pleadings. I even bought this car in the height of COVID where they jacked up the price. More
