I took my car in for a check engine light. Came back with a diagnostic that had over $6K of work needed. All that was required was an O2 sensor. I had to order the part, pay for it and half the labor cost upfront, and wait. After a week of hearing nothing, I called weekly to get a status update. After a month the part was available. Started my service request in July and Eva in the service department was a great help. The only issue I had here was the miscommunication which made the experience a little more difficult and longer than it department was a great help. The only issue I had here was the miscommunication which made the experience a little more difficult and longer than it had to be. There was a time I was told that my parts arrived ready to install, and when I went to get service, they told me they haven’t arrived yet. However, I can tell the service department did their best to make things right, including giving me a loaner car to hold for the week. Thank you to Eva and Michael and the service department for the help! More
