This dealership and service business is now SAMES Ford, under new ownership. When checking in for our appointment, we were told there was not one and would need to wait our turn- 1 1/2 hours then 45 minute under new ownership. When checking in for our appointment, we were told there was not one and would need to wait our turn- 1 1/2 hours then 45 minutes for the oil change. I showed her the email appointment notice- date, time, confirmation. She said "that is not a guaranteed appointment, you still wait your turn in line. Appointments allow us to know how many people are planning to come, then we know how many technicians to schedule". There is no need to make an appointment at this business, plan to wait your turn. More

On 8/17/2020 I took the coupon Boggus Ford sent me in the mail to the parts department to buy a battery for carry out. They told me I had to go to Service, at Service they told me to go to the Quick Service mail to the parts department to buy a battery for carry out. They told me I had to go to Service, at Service they told me to go to the Quick Service Line. Finally they ordered the battery but when it came it was a better one than the coupon called for and so they sent it back. In total I waited one hour to get the battery I could have picked it up in 5 minutes from parts. Then when I got home and carefully read the bill I found they overcharged me. Within 24 hours Boggus Ford sent me a text asking for a review. I told them of all my issues and never heard back, it has now been over a week and I don't expect to hear back. Fool me once as the saying goes, I will not return. More
