He has a great understanding of the Honda Vehicles and seeks to find one that met our needs. My wife and I have bought or leased 4 Hondas from Jeff and each purchase went smoothly. He explains the features of the vehicle and helps set up the radio stations and bluetooth connections when we purchase. He also follows up to make sure everything is going well with our vehicles. My wife is getting used to the new CRV and enjoys the ease of getting in and out of the vehicle and sitting up a little higher than in an Accord. Your service people have kept all our Hondas running well and long. More

Example: one of the service employees Abby said that Honda recommends that the transmission fluid be changed at 30K miles. When I called Honda they said they don't put a mileage amount on the transmission fluid and that you can wait for a 3 to pop up on the display before you change it. When we called the service manager (Matt Fair) he said that Abby was mistaken etc and that she shouldn't of put any mileage on the transmission fluid. They did the same thing with the brake fluid. There is no way you have to change the transmission fluid at 30K or the brake fluid on a Civic less than 2 years old. People want to trust their mechanics like any other service they use. There is reason anyone should trust them or take a car there for service. I work for a very large St Louis company and I can promise you I will tell everyone about the business practices at this location. More
I first got to know this Honda dealership when I first moved to the St. Louis area. I had two Honda cars then and they did all my service when I recently was in a position to buy a new car it was the on moved to the St. Louis area. I spoke to several different sales people from other dealerships and one salesman from this dealership and every single one of them turned me off either due to being to pushy, not knowing what they are talking about or just plain douchey. I appreciate his honest, no bull crap and patient selling style. Because of this, I will be returning in a month to buy yet another car from Mike. This time for my wife. I suppose it is sad to say if it was not for Mike I am not sure I would have bought all my cars from this dealership. More
