We contacted our sales rep to answer some questions we had about tech features and he spent an hour with us. Very helpful to us and also learned new info we didn't realize were part of our features.

We recently had our 2014 Honda Pilot serviced. While in the waiting room, I was greeted by Kevin Hall who had assisted with this purchase 3 years ago and also introduced me to Todd Eversgerd for the last two leases with a Maxima. As always, Kevin was extremely friendly, spent some time with me to catch up. He was checking in to see if we were still happy with the purchase as well as the new Maxima that took place about a month ago (credited to Todd Eversgerd). Without a doubt, Kevin is a genuine individual. I trust him and will continue to refer him when it comes to any car purchase within the Bommarito family. Keep up the great work Kevin!

I want to thanks Kevin Hall for all the help he provided me this past Saturday. Usually, at my young age sellers try to take advantage and make the sell no matter what. They do not take of their time to understand your situation or look for something beneficial for you. Kevin took of his time to explain me the importance of a good credit, gave me few tips for a future and make me feel 100% sure about buying a new car. Not only his energy and charisma but, also he was very human. It was a great experience for me and my boyfriend and the customer service could not be better.

"Scammers "

I dropped my car to the Bommorito Honda Collision re air bags on both sides (recall) and no one called me for permission to replace the air bags. I picked my car up from Honda Collision in Hazelwood after 1 mo of being with their shop and the following day my car did not start. Honda refused to tow my car back to their shop at their expense and also refused to repair my car, advised me the repairs where going to be $700+ dollars, out of my pocket. $800 on parts and over $4000+ they charged the insurance company and don’t forget the funds credited to the Service Center as a result of the air bags that were replaced. If I could give a negative number for this review I would. The Collision shop employee Chris was rude and the Service Shop employee Alec was was rude, he constantly talked over me and laughed during the time I was talking. None wanted to listen to me, only trying to make the repair look co-incidental in order to receive more money. Stay away from Bommarito Honda Collision Center and Bommarito Honda Service Center. The Collision Center is not Honda, I learned after my complaints. I called Honda and asked for Collision repair and I was transferred to Bommarito Collision Center, which is next door. The Collision Center is using the Bommarito name to gain business. This is not a Honda Collision Center. Very Unprofessional. No one walked me to my car when I picked it up etc.

"Terrible. Messed up my car and didn't fix the problem"

I had my car in for repair and they broke a relay. Fixed the relay but caused more problems and never fixed them. I drove back 3-4 times back to the dealer and they had my car in 3-4 times where an employee jokingly said "you should work here you are in here so much." They broke a relay and fixed the relay but it didn't solve the overall problem that occurred after they broke the relay. I still have problems after this and they said if I take it back I will be charged to look at it even though they didn't solve the problems they broke. Everything that is broke now worked fine before I brought my car into them. They blamed it on aftermarket things but all the stuff was installed professionally and has worked fine for YEARS before I brought it into this Honda dealer. I can't even believe they are a Honda dealer for how terrible this visit was. Never go here if you want your car fixed right

"Ladies beware"

I went to a tire shop to have a tire patched on July 26, 2017. Their service guy told me my oil was very low and I needed an oil change. My oil life on my car read 50%. I went in to Bommarito Honda for a oil change on July 29, 2017. After I paid and was leaving the service center my oil light came on. I turned off my car went and asked the service advisor why it was on. He talked to two service tech's each denying working on my car. One walked to my car and told me he could turn off the oil light. I responded, "that only turns off the light. Why is the oil light on?" He started my car showed me the oil life was at 100% but couldn't explain why the oil light was on. He popped my hood, checked my oil and realized my car had no oil in it. He was not the tech that worked on my car so he informed the guy who did. The guy who initially worked on my car went to get oil to add to my car. He told me one of the oil pumps had malfunctioned. Of course to me that doesn't explain why the tech didn't check my oil level after using th pump to add the oil(isn't that what other express places do) or why my oil life was showing 100% with no oil in my car. I bought my car new from Bommarito Honda. I have gone there for all of my maintenance. For the past few years I have been adding oil between oil changes thinking my car was burning excessive amounts of oil. I had my car checked for excessive oil consumption by Bommarito Honda service department and was told it was burning oil at a normal rate. I also had it checked for an oil leak. None was found. I now believe that for the past few years when I had gone to Bommarito Honda service department for an oil change they may not have changed my oil. My car appeared to be burning excessive amounts of oil because I was still driving on the same oil I had when I went in there for the oil changes. I guess this time I caught it because my oil was so low going in. L Not peace of mind for me! I'll find some place else to have my car serviced!!
