I dropped my car to the Bommorito Honda Collision re air bags on both sides (recall) and no one called me for permission to replace the air bags. I picked my car up from Honda Collision in Hazelwood after 1 mo of being with their shop and the following day my car did not start. Honda refused to tow my car back to their shop at their expense and also refused to repair my car, advised me the repairs where going to be $700+ dollars, out of my pocket. $800 on parts and over $4000+ they charged the insurance company and don’t forget the funds credited to the Service Center as a result of the air bags that were replaced. If I could give a negative number for this review I would. The Collision shop employee Chris was rude and the Service Shop employee Alec was was rude, he constantly talked over me and laughed during the time I was talking. None wanted to listen to me, only trying to make the repair look co-incidental in order to receive more money. Stay away from Bommarito Honda Collision Center and Bommarito Honda Service Center. The Collision Center is not Honda, I learned after my complaints. I called Honda and asked for Collision repair and I was transferred to Bommarito Collision Center, which is next door. The Collision Center is using the Bommarito name to gain business. This is not a Honda Collision Center. Very Unprofessional. No one walked me to my car when I picked it up etc.
