20+ Years of good service I have now purchased 4 Infiniti cars since 1998. Service Managers have come and gone but the dealership continues to excel in service. Thank you. Mus I have now purchased 4 Infiniti cars since 1998. Service Managers have come and gone but the dealership continues to excel in service. Thank you. Must admit their Service personnel know much more about their cars than the sales people. More
Poor Service I called in service on Saturday. No one took my call, then I left a message with my phone number. But no one called back. I visited company website I called in service on Saturday. No one took my call, then I left a message with my phone number. But no one called back. I visited company website 3 days later and left text message and ask why no one respond. About 10 days passed since then, no response from them. Only they have interests when they sell a car. More

The dealership prides itself in professional straightforward manner they deal with the customers. The service department is one of the best we have ever experienced (the current service manager Michelle Gillette prides herself on impeccable superb service on each and every car). The dealership is new, bright, comfortable for the customers. There is a very comfortable waiting room area for customers waiting on service or new car delivery (Free WiFi, fresh danish and fruit, free water, Starbucks coffee, very comfortable sofas for the customers). The sales people are the most straightforward professionals we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with (we have purchased 55 cars over the years of various manufacturers and models including BMW, Cadillac, Lincoln, Buick). Our latest purchase was a $58,000 new QX50 Essential (fully equipped). This car is absolutely wonderful. The fit and finish is absolutely superb and the quality of materials used on the interior is amazingly beyond excellent (I truly believe there is not any other make or model of automobile available with better quality of interior materials). I am currently getting 25 miles per gallon with primarily local driving including 10% highway driving in my normal day to day. We are 100% satisfied and happy with the new 2019 QX50 (we have always been Totally satisfied with the previous 7 Infiniti’s we purchased). on a scale of 1 to 10, I give Bommarito Infiniti a 10+++ score and recommend the dealership and Infiniti automobiles to anyone wanting a high quality car/SUV from a high Quality dealership! Infiniti Corporate sucks but Bommarito Infiniti was great Have a 2013 JX35, Infiniti built a xxxxty CVT Transmissiom to the point they got sued. My car, with 87k on it has one of their xxxxty CVT’s but in true corporate fashion claim my car doesn’t have the same issue due to the build date. Infiniti Corporate was VERY uncooperative and denies liability. That all being said, Chris (service manager) and Michelle (I assume GM?).were very sympathetic and offered to help in any way that they could. I don’t anticipate corporate budging on their decision but I do appreciate the empathy and help provided/offered to me by this dealership despite my having not purchased the vehicle from them. I am in the market to replace my Audi and I will certainly be considering this line of dealerships for my next purchase. BEWARE INFINITI/NISSAN CVT TRANSMISSION. More
Terrible product and customer service Had timing chain replaced, five weeks later the sprockets need to be replaced that run the timing chain, so now they want another @4,000$ to fix.... I Had timing chain replaced, five weeks later the sprockets need to be replaced that run the timing chain, so now they want another @4,000$ to fix.... Infinity knows this is a problem and Corporate won’t do anything about it, they don’t care and can’t stand behind their products. The dealership could care less too, they take forever to return calls, I’ve called at least 4 times and left at least 3 messages, took a week to get a hold of More

However talking her int My wife took her car there for its scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Which is fine because that’s part of the contract. However talking her into a brake fluid change when the car is less than two years old and only has 19000 miles. They scammed her. What a shame. I will be making sure this never happens to her again and also we will never purchase anything from bommarito again. More

I went out to my car and of course, it was locked so I went around with a flashlight to look inside. I could see the fringe from my purse from under the seat. Now, Infiniti’s aren’t supposed to lock their keys inside so I assumed my keys fob was inside my purse, inside my car and was dead... I called the Infiniti dealership down the road and they sent a technician out to my house to pick me up so I could go into the dealership and get a slide key cut to unlock my door. After a series of trips around the dealership, I left with a $17 key and Rob, the service rep drove me home to unlock my car. The key worked and I got in easily! I went around the the other side of the car to retrieve my purse and the key inside so that I could have the fob battery changed out... there was nothing in my purse. Nothing at all. Of course, my first thought is “I’ve been robbed.” ... until I remembered, we went to the zoo yesterday and I had my keys, money and ID in my jacket pocket, which had been inside my house this entire time... This several hour ordeal lead to not only an increase in the headache I already had, but a solid discovery of the dealership who will now have my business. They did everything they could to help me and took two trips to my house in their company car, all for just a $17 key. I will definitely be back, when my car ACTUALLY needs something... More
