This is our third Escalade and fourth vehicle we have bought from Bomnin. We drive 3 hours to buy from them because of the experience, pricing, and vehicle inventory. Scammers! They tried to sell me the car before it was even shipped from the factory, and when it arrived, it was missing the cover for the fuse box. They then They tried to sell me the car before it was even shipped from the factory, and when it arrived, it was missing the cover for the fuse box. They then added a $299 charge for tints, even though the car already comes with tints from the factory. They also added $299 for nitrogen, which was never requested or agreed upon. Lastly, they charged me $399 for wheel locks, that area $85 on the Cadillac website. The salesman lied straight to my face about disclosing those fees, and management backed him up. When I spoke to one of the sales managers, he said “that’s not the first time we get this complaint”. The general sales manager then told me to bring the car back and cancel the deal, obviously so they can resell it to someone else at a markup. I will NEVER deal with Bomnin Cadillac again, and I advise everyone else to go through other Cadillac dealers, because Bomnin Cadillac has the worst business practice I’ve ever seen. They're a prime example for why car dealers have a bad reputation. More
