Frustration at it's best As the current owner of a 2013 ZL1, I was looking to add to, or replace my car with the new ZL1. After searching online for a car, I came across this As the current owner of a 2013 ZL1, I was looking to add to, or replace my car with the new ZL1. After searching online for a car, I came across this dealership. They appeared to have the best prices so I decided to reach out to them. Now just to mention that I'm not located in Fl., I'm 900 miles away, but I would be willing to travel if the deal was good enough. I reached out to the dealership several times about several cars listed, only to be told on a couple occasions that the car was either sold or in transit. When I asked about paying to hold, or purchasing one that was en route, I was told "first come first serve". This is one of the most rediculous things I've heard. I was willing the purchase a car sight unseen, with financing already arranged, and transportation already arranged for whatever car, to be brought to me. On other occasions, I was promised an email or a return call to work out some numbers, only to be dismissed once again. I do not care to list the employees I have dealt with. I do know, though, that it shouldn't be this difficult and frustrating trying to purchase a car. A couple folks came across as being rude and downright non-caring. I understand that this may be a volume dealership, but treating potential customers this way is extremely unacceptable. More

Besides major issues with a brand new car within first 6 months of ownership trying to get them resolved was an even bigger issue. Do not answer phones, do not return calls. Have to drive to dealership to speak with someone numerous times. Also beware of loaner cars. We got pulled over and there were over $500 worth of tickets that could have been written and officer said would be on us bc we signed the papers to have loaner vehicle. More
