She showed me all the trucks I wanted to see then some. She even tried to locate what I was looking for. After all she put into it I decided to order a brand new one . She was very knowledgeable . I have never ordered a new vehicle before and she made it easy. All went well and the truck came early. She stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Much simpler car buying experience than I expected! Let me start this review by saying I am NOT someone who loves the idea of heading to a dealership to buy a car. After this experience, I will consider going to these guys again! We’ve spent the last few weeks doing all kinds of online research for a new Jeep for my wife, and finally found the make/model/feature combo we were looking for at Bonneville & Son. I was connected to Vedram in their internet department after chatting with their team online, and set up an appointment last Wed to come in and test drive the car. Not only was it the lowest pressure experience (and that’s saying something, given we needed to bring our ten year old AND our six month old with us)! Long story short, in just under 3 hours we saw/test drove the car, negotiated terms, and I drove off the lot that night with the vehicle. Vedram was a master at helping us maneuver through paperwork and options, and not once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride (something I think all of us secretly fear the minute we set foot in a dealership). The car came with a 125-point inspection, plus a 7 year/100k mile powertrain warranty, so you could rest assured you had a solid vehicle on your hands and didn’t need the added hassle of getting your local mechanic to inspect and then haggle further over the price. I did not offer a trade in, so I can’t speak to how the negotiating for that value would have been, but I found the entire team I worked with very professional and reasonable, and ultimately felt like we all ended up with a winning deal (especially my wife, who now has a great set of wheels!) Bottom line: If you’re in need of a new vehicle and you’re in NH (or even if you’re just over the border in MA) and you’re looking for a team of straight shooters, then definitely check these guys’ inventory out. Chances are, if they have the car you’re looking for, you’ll drive home happy (and maybe even the same day you walked on the lot like we did)! More

We had Rick G. for our sales, and he knew exactly which truck to show us and made it work with our budget! It has taken a few months for my fiance to finally settle on a truck that suited the needs for not only our family but also work. We walked in and told Ricky our requirements in a truck and price range and it was all down hill from there! Ricky told us he knew of a perfect truck and showed us a 2010 Toyota Tacoma double cab 6-speed, with a cap on the bed to protect my fiance's tools from weather! The truck has extremely low miles and is in excellent condition. The truck couldn't be beat! After the both of us took it for a test drive we knew it was the one! I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Bonneville and Son. If you go in, ask for Rick Goulette, he will know exactly what you are looking for! More

However I had recognized Mike from meeting him before and was a little hesitant when he said he'd provide "red carpet treatment". Well to my surprise he was not kidding what so ever. After taking 5 minutes of figuring out what I was looking for he presented me a deal that I just couldn't refuse.
