Friendly, thorough service I went in to have a spare key programmed and everyone in the service dept. was extremely helpful. I happened to be low on tire pressure and they even I went in to have a spare key programmed and everyone in the service dept. was extremely helpful. Awful Service Department Awful service department! Very incompetent! They did an oil change on my six month old Jeep and forgot to replace the oil. How does that happen?? Awful service department! Very incompetent! They did an oil change on my six month old Jeep and forgot to replace the oil. How does that happen?? How does the service department of an auto dealership forget to replace the oil during an oil change????? It was not a pleasant experience either when I was actually purchasing the Jeep. Won't do business with them again. More

Just recently, I had an issue with my car's passenger airbag and the light coming on which could have been prevented but there was nothing in the owner's manual about it. Because of this, Bonneville treated the problem as an act of goodwill and charged me absolutely nothing for the hours of work they put in to my car. Extremely grateful I didn't have to pay the deductible! Thanks a ton to Mark Dickerson and his manager for their help with this matter! Also great that my car gets washed every time I get something done there! More

Two days prior to our vacation where our boat is an intricall part. Our salesman, Mike Duval, and Mark Dickerson in Service juggled and rallied to get my hitch installed ASAP! Went above and beyond Bought a used 2008 Charger from another dealer and was having issues with the power train control module and the programming. Tom Fale at Bonneville Bought a used 2008 Charger from another dealer and was having issues with the power train control module and the programming. Tom Fale at Bonneville was the only local dealer who took the time to understand the problem and help me with it even though the car had not been purchased or previously serviced there. Tom went above and beyond what was required and even was able to get me a me PCM module even though is was just out of warranty. I would highly recommend Bonneville for service and will buy my next pickup truck there. More

Everyone that I have met on the Service team to date is extremely curious, accommodating and professional. They are attentive, listen carefully and strive to get the job done right the first time. I often have the pleasure of having Tom Fale as my service advisor and he always makes me feel important and like I am a top priority even though I am one of who knows how many customers flowing through the service department on any given day. I am such an anal "#1*@*!" when it come to my truck :) and Tom and the entire team makes sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed for me. I have not been disappointed yet with any of the warranty service work or general service work that has been done, job well done team! Thank you! The sales folks I worked with in the purchase of my Dodge Ram were top shelf as well. More

Lots or recalls factory issues etc. Bonneville & Sons is the 2nd dealership I have dealt with to fix problems. With that said... Tom Fale (service advisor) & Bryan Forbes (service manager) worked very hard to get the issues resolved. Took many attempts to get it right but in the end they did! Very happy with everyone I had to deal with here. Very professional, and nice. will continue to use them in the future. More

They came through when it counted I purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass from this dealer along with the max care plan that they told me would cover 5000+ additional components and went above I purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass from this dealer along with the max care plan that they told me would cover 5000+ additional components and went above and beyond any warranty. Yet the first time I needed service the issue with my vehicle was not covered, they offered no options, discounts, remedies of any sort when I bought the vehicle there. I found out that that the issue I have with my jeep has happened to many others and Chrysler refuses to issue a recall or do anything about it. While I was quite distressed at my initial service experience-a call back from the Quality Control Manager, Chris Bonk, turned everything around. He was helpful, polite, listened and took the time to really look at my car and explain. Chris went above and beyond and turned a bad experience around for me and was able to offer to repair the issue with my car at a very agreeable cost. Thank you Chris for demonstrating what customer service means. More
